Only neutral‑PH cleaning agents should be used for WPC wall panels. Recommended options are diluted neutral dish soap, pH‑balanced multi‑surface household cleaner and mild neutral hand‑soap solution. Always dilute cleaners with water and apply them onto a well‑wrung soft cloth, never pour liquid directly onto the panels. Do not use bleach, ammonia, abrasive scouring powder, strong degreasers, acetone, paint thinner or high‑concentration alcohol, as these harsh chemicals will scratch, fade or peel off the decorative lamination and cause permanent surface damage.
